The letter below clarifies the position of UWK England being the recognised body in England by UWK. Also that it's referees commission is the ultimate authority to organise train and qualify officials in England. It also outlines the position of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The position of UWK GB and groups organising any such commissions under the guise of UWK GB is not recognised by UWK, or the official bodies in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
