I have recently retired young from my career in the forces at the age of 49. I am a mother of 3 adult children , and for me , this business is not about earning lots of money , it’s about the feeling I get when I see someone improving in their health, fitness; mental well-being and confidence . * sports specific Strength & conditioning to develop power, improve performance and reduce injury for novice and elite athletes eg distance runners, footballers
* Youth strength & conditioning coaching to support young athletes.
