Client transformation ✨🤩

Meg has been training with me 6 months, these photos don't even do her justice. If you was to see her when she started and see her now it's actually insane.

The most motivational reward as a personal trainer is to see someone happy. Even to hear her say "I tried on these Jeans I bought ages ago that didn't fit and now there to big" it's actually such a buzz.

Smashing it meg keep doing what you're doing, we are nowhere near done, just getting started. 📈🥵💪🏾

TRANSFORMATION TIME 📈

25 Stone to 20.7 stone 🤞🏾💯

This is Ben, Ben has been working with me since august 2021, when he started his fitness journey he was 25 stone! I met Ben as a fellow business neighbour and we now have become good friends. He then decided it was time to up his game and get back into the gym! Ben had already lost some weight but he felt he had a hit a wall for a few months and had zero motivation to get going again.

Measurements before and after

Starting weight 25 stone (152kg) after lockdown

Weight now - 20.7 stone (132kg)

Waist measurements have gone from 55 inches now out at 46 inches and we're still working 👏🏾 I'm super proud of this guy.

Quads before 30 inches at the top now measuring 25 inches at the top 19 at the bottom

Chest before 50 inches widest point now 47 inches

Arms 16.5 inches before to 15.5 inches now! Managed to maintain and keep the size!

Give us another 12 weeks and we'll be making mega progress 🤯
