I just want to wish each and every one of you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.

I also want to say a very well done to everyone of you who has trained alongside me at MA Personal training . One2ones (and two2one) have been epic to say the least and the effort put in is clearly shown in the results we've seen so far and there is more still to come.

And as for you circuit group nutters. Well you keep getting crazier and fitter by the day. Please don't change that lol

Hope you have a great day and in true MAPT style you know how to celebrate Christmas......eat drink and be merry. Allow for a full reset before we hit the new year sessions.

💪Ditch the monotony and see long term results!💪

😭Bored of following the generic nutrition plans that force you to eat less than 🤬1500calories🤬 that force you in to a repeat cycle of fat then healthy fat then healthy? (And believe me they usually are generic and force a similar calorie deficit regardless of who you are and your goals)

😭Fed up of the same old training split and 6/8/10 or sometimes even 12 week plans?

🤔Well if your fed up with it then so is your body. And if that happens.......results are hard to come across.

😍We must learn and begin to realise that these crazy systems are only good for short term and the health implications are not good.

🤮Do you really want to look good but massively increase your health risks?

😍How about following systems that are proven to not only to get results short term but also set you up massively for a thriving and healthy future?

💪😍At MA Personal training I have assisted hundreds of people to meet their goals and helped to educate them on healthy systems for them and their bodies to take on any challenge.😍💪

❌Ditch the scales. Who cares what you weigh. They only tell you weight and not how much water, fat and muscle etc you have so don't let them dictate your journey. And anyone that says they are a necessity are misinformed as they truly are not needed. They hinder the process.

Your blasting through this journey and thank U for ignoring the scales and focussing on the tape measure. All the rest of the measurements are epic also but the waist is one of the harder areas for it to drop as it's generally the last.

Balance and moderation are key.

Only time that insanely strict diets are needed are if an elite athlete or stage prep.

Other than that it's all about learning the systems to gain balance and control of your macros and portion control.

It's true that they say............every day is a school day 💪

CPD CPD CPD CPD O AND MOREEEEEE CPD

If your not continually learning then your staying where you are. Stagnant. Stale. Non progressive.

CPD is key especially in the fitness industry with new systems and studies coming out it's imperative that, as a personal trainer, I keep up with this. Constantly hitting new courses and finding ways to improve on not only my core understandings but to build on them to offer the best service I can for you as my client to reach new levels.

It has a knock on effect. If I continually learn, you get that education passed onto you and that only enhances your results.

If the CPD ideology is not pursued then you remain in the past knowledge and old learnings where there could be a better, easier more efficient way to get results.

So for me it's vital to keep this progression going. Constantly chasing for new ideas and systems to aim not only myself on improving on my teachings but to also pass on the tools so you can enhance all aspects of your health and fitness journey and be the best that you can be.
