Hey there! 👋 I’m Jayme, the face behind Step Forward Strength, and I’m so excited to have you here. This is more than just a fitness page, it’s a community for people ready to take that next step toward building strength, confidence, and resilience.

Step Forward Strength was born out of my passion for strength sports and my dedication to helping others unlock their full potential. By using tried-and-true powerlifting methods, I focus on helping you develop a foundation of strength, not just for the gym, but for life. Strength training is about so much more than lifting weights; it’s about discovering what you’re capable of and proving to yourself that you can overcome any challenge.

P.S. a little bit about me - I've been training for 14 years, coaching for almost 8, I've worked with 100's of people over the years, from complete beginners up to international athletes. I myself have competed regionally, nationally, internationally and hold a world title in powerlifting. I live and breathe the "gym" I feel so fortunate that my job is my passion, and I truly want more people to know and to learn the self empowerment and enjoyment you can get from it.
