Tuesday Ragers you showed up for yourselves and absolutely crushed that class! 🤘🏻 the rage has left the building and there were only good vibes left 🙌🏻
We were visited by the lovely Rockfit with Jen & which was an absolute delight, and we shall see them again on Thursday at Norton! 🖤

Thursday THROWDOWN completed it mate!
Tonight we saw a new track, Spillways, enter from Ghost, a dramatic, creepy, theatrical number which inspired tonight’s sweaty selfie!
I then flailed a lot to Misery Business, 🤣 should it stay or should it go..?!🤔 and then we did two leg tracks back to back… pray for your thighs tomorrow 😈

We welcomed back John who it turns out is well known for decorating the portaloos at Bloodstock, how freaking cool is that! 🪴 Lovely to see you again!🤘🏻
And speaking of tourists next week we have a Rockfit power couple visiting for both classes 👀👀 eeeek I’m so excited!! Rockfit with Jen
Thursdays class will be full of birthday requests from Ruthie, and I mean full, she’s picked the whole playlist and it is banger after banger! You’ll love it!! After class we will be heading down the road to the dog for some after class drinks, everyone is welcome! 🍻🥂
