What a weekend! It was great to see so many clubs come along to compete in our Team Friendly event, thanks go out to Pipers Vale, SADDI, Spring, Sudbury and The Norfolk Gymnastics Academy.

Also a big well done to all our gymnasts that competed, and teams and individuals who scooped up medals, trophies and ribbons!

The wait is over… 🥁

The design a leotard competition was so much! We received so many unique designs, with so much time and effort put into each one. So well done everyone!

All the designs were sent to the incredible to choose our winners! We are incredibly grateful to you both for helping decide our winners! 🫶🏻

There are 3 winners who will receive awesome prizes and the overall winning design will be made by 🤩 so huge congratulations to you all! We will be in co tact to arrange your prizes.

Our Family Play sessions give children the chance to run, jump, climb, swing and explore the gym for a whole hour! 🙌

It's a casual, pay-as-you-go session, so there's no need to commit to a full term. Just book your space and come along for some good old-fashioned fun! 💜

A relaxed, non-competitive gymnastics session for 12–15 year olds who still want to train, learn skills and have fun without the pressure of competitions.

And if you’re taking (or planning to take) GCSE PE, it’s also a great opportunity to develop and film gymnastics skills. 🎓

WHO SAYS HOME EDUCATION HAS TO HAPPEN AT HOME? 😉🤸

Looking for a fun way to get your child moving, learning new skills and making friends during the week?

Our Home Education Gymnastics Class is a great way to add movement, fun and a little adventure to your home education week! 🙌

From somersaults, jumps and balances to more advanced gymnastics skills, our experienced coach will help gymnasts work at their own level while building:

⭐ Confidence & independence
👯 Social skills & friendships
🎯 New skills & challenges

And most importantly... they get to have FUN! 🙌

Our pre-school classes are officially open for bookings and we've already had some lovely new little gymnasts joining us! 🥰

🤸‍♀️ PRE-SCHOOL GYMNASTICS — TINY HUMANS, BIG SKILLS! 🤸‍♂️✨

If your little one spends half their day upside down, jumping off the sofa or attempting cartwheels in the living room… you might as well put those skills to good use! 😂🙈

Gymnastics is a fantastic way for under-5s to develop all those important fundamental skills they use every day - from balance and coordination to strength, agility and those all-important gross and fine motor skills. 💪🧠

Whether they're completely new to gymnastics or they've been copying their big brother or sister's moves for months, we'd love to help them start their own gymnastics journey! 💜
