Yesterday was the end of an era, as after 10 years I taught my last ever Dancing Stars class.
During Covid I stared working at the lovely Riverwalk school and then took back a few classes around my new job, but in September I will be making the final jump, working full time at the new Sir Peter Hall school, which I am very excited about.
Over the years I have had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful children, parents and grandparents in my Dance with Mummy, Little Stars Ballet, Sparkles, Parties and Adult tap classes. I have also worked in some amazing schools, nurseries and pre-schools.
I will hold in my heart some lovely memories and converstions like "my dad's a dentist but he's not a very good one, as he keeps giving me sweets!!", watching the smiling faces of my adult learning difficulties group or just that wow moment when a child masters a step for the first time.
I would like to thank anyone that has supported Dancing Stars during the last 10 years and wish you all the best for the future.
