⭐️Too tired!!!.........It will liven you up and make you feel awesome after
⭐️Too cold!!!!..........I will have you warm and sweating by the second track
⭐️Too nervous to try it!!!!.........The room is dark with disco lights so no one is watching
⭐️ Too embarrassed!!!!......welcome to hide at the back till you’re ready to move forward when more confident, if you like.
⭐️Too hungry!!!.........quick snack before hand and then a deserved dinner after guilt free seeing as you have already burnt those calories
⭐️Too unfit!!!!!..... no one is to unfit for Clubbercise, I always give multiple options, you choose. Plus great way to start you on your fitness quest

Ladies.. Clubbercise understandably will be cancelled this evening!

The roads are horrendous, the bookings are minimal and I think it’s best we all put our health and safety first!

We’ll just have to glow even harder next week!
