We all understand the importance of our under-fives pre-school children developing fundamental skills that benefit them in everyday life. Along with swimming, gymnastics is recognised as an early specialisation sport. It is ideal to support children’s development of coordination, balance, agility, strength, gross and fine motor skills. For £7 per week, ensure your child starts school with the skills they need to assist their progression with both their academic and extra-curricular progression. Small groups of six children work directly with a trained coach, each week see them learn and smile as they grow in confidence and ability.

This weekend is a busy one for the gymnasts and coaches at Spectrum. We have the English Silver Tumble Qualifier, 15 gymnasts competing; General Gymnastics Level 1 & 2 Regional Finals, 5 gymnasts competing; and the National NDP Grades 4-1 & Compulsory Grade 3 National Finals, with 3 gymnasts competing.
