We have a double on Mondays

Our original one-hour class. Featuring 45 minutes of dance-choreographed routines (think cracking tunes to get your heart rate up) on the mini-trampolines, followed by 15 minutes of muscle strength and endurance work.
🏋♀️ ((B)) Barbells 7:30pm
is our weight based workout. 45 minutes of strength work using a barbell and weight plates. There is no jumping or cardio in this workout, it’s all about strength.

Pops up from time to time
The carnival style of music makes this class joyful, wild and free for 45 minutes of rhythm and dance fitness, still getting that normal ((BOUNCE)) cardio but the continuous beats ensure the upper body receives a tough, yet fun workout. This also improves co-ordination between the upper and lower body synchronising simple moves to a fun carnival beat.
