We found our 1-star reviews.
Devastating stuff, honestly.
Apparently people are upset that we don’t do burpees for emotional damage, force you to live on chicken breast and sadness, or tell you to “push through” your dodgy back like it’s 1998.
Instead, we do strength training.
We train around injuries, not through them.
We keep it safe, smart, and supported.
And somehow, people start losing weight, moving better, feeling stronger, and saying things like “my back doesn’t hurt every morning anymore.”
Tragic.
Thoughts and prayers for everyone who came here hoping fitness had to be miserable.
