REV Fitness is looking for a Junior Coach to join the team.
We’re not just looking for someone who enjoys training themselves. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, bringing energy to every session and helping members push beyond what they thought they were capable of.
As a Junior Coach at REV, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced coaches, develop your coaching skills and become a key part of our community.
You’ll be involved in:
🔥 Coaching and supporting members through sessions
🔥 Helping members improve their technique and confidence
🔥 Creating an energetic, positive training environment
🔥 Learning how to coach different abilities and fitness levels
🔥 Supporting the wider REV Fitness team
🔥 Developing your knowledge and experience as a coach
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Passionate about fitness and coaching
✔️ Friendly, approachable and confident around people
✔️ Reliable, motivated and willing to learn
✔️ Great communication skills
✔️ Positive attitude and plenty of energy
✔️ Someone who genuinely cares about helping others
✔️ A desire to build a long-term career in fitness
Experience is great, but attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
