I’m going to be running a High-Skill CrossFit Gymnastics Workshop at 🤸‍♀️

If you’ve ever thought:
• “Why can’t I link my toes-to-bar?”
• “Why do I lose my rhythm on the rig?”
• “How do people make bar work look so easy?”
• “Handstand push-ups hate me.”

This workshop would break down the technique, drills, and progressions that actually help you unlock higher-skill gymnastics.

We’d cover things like:
• Efficient kipping mechanics
• Toes-to-bar rhythm and linking reps
• Bar control and swing development
• Building strength for movements like HSPU
• Drills you can actually take back into class

This is for athletes who can already do the basics but want to level up their gymnastics capacity and skill.
