Hi, I’m Paula, I am passionate about birth and offering support throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond to enable a positive experience.

I aim to support parents physically and emotionally. Therefore, making sure that wishes and decisions are heard, while paying close attention to your needs.

I trained and qualified with the NCT as a birth doula, pregnancy yoga and mother & baby yoga teacher and baby massage teacher. I am also a qualified Hypnobirthing Teacher with The Little Birth Company.

I am passionate that parents receive support, information and relaxation techniques to feel prepared and confident to achieve a positive birth experience.

I cover Bury St Edmunds which is in Suffolk and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius.
