The last few months, I’ll be honest… I fell off.
Mentally. Physically. Business-wise.

I stopped showing up the way I know I’m capable of.
Less discipline. Less consistency. Less focus.

But that ends now.

The next 90 days are about rebuilding everything. 🧠💪
My physique. My mindset. My habits. My business. My standards.

No more excuses. No more waiting for motivation.

Ever wondered why the skin sometimes goes red during sports therapy or massage treatment? 👀

That redness is usually a sign of increased blood flow and heat in the area — and there’s actually a reason we WANT the muscles warmer before going deeper into treatment 👇

🔥 Warm muscles are more relaxed
Cold, tense tissue naturally resists pressure more. As the area warms up, the muscle becomes less guarded, meaning treatment can feel smoother and more effective.

🩸 Improved circulation
Massage increases blood flow to the area, helping deliver oxygen and nutrients whilst also assisting with waste product removal.

💪 Tissue becomes easier to work with
Think of it like warming up before training…
You wouldn’t try and hit a heavy squat completely cold. Muscles and surrounding tissue respond better once they’ve been gradually prepared.

😮‍💨 Less discomfort during treatment
Going too deep too quickly on “cold” tissue can make people tense up and fight the treatment. Gradually warming the area allows the body to relax into it.

⚠️ And remember:
Redness DOESN’T automatically mean “damage” or “a better treatment” — everyone responds differently depending on skin type, circulation, pressure, and sensitivity.

The goal isn’t to “destroy” the muscle…
The goal is to help the body move, recover, and tolerate load better ✅

75KM. Around Windermere. One day. 🏃‍♂️⛰️

On the 9th of May, my dad is taking on an ultramarathon around the entire lake… and honestly, I don’t think people realise how mental that actually is 😅

75 kilometres of hills, pain, grit, determination, and refusing to quit when every part of your body tells you to stop.

Most people struggle to drive around Windermere… this man’s RUNNING it 🤯

The amount of discipline, training and mindset that goes into something like this is unreal, and I couldn’t be prouder to watch him take it on 👏

POV: You try to match Sebastian Sawe’s WORLD RECORD marathon pace… and realise you’re not built the same 💀🏃‍♂️

I set the treadmill to his average pace for 26.2 miles…
Yeah… lasted about 1 minute 30 seconds 😂

⏱️ 1:30 at pace
🥵 Felt like I’d already run the full marathon

These guys aren’t normal… that’s actually ridiculous 🤯
