Roll don’t lift! By rolling the trail 🦶 inwards ⬅️ you shift pressure towards the lead side helping you control the low point and use the ground forces 🏌️♂️ 💨
Many strike issues come from “losing your spine angle” in the downswing. Your heel pushing excessively up often causes players to early extend!
This simple drill is definately a go to of mine!
