That's why on Sunday 19th July we're opening the doors to just SIX women for a private 30-minute confidence session at ForgedFit.

No hard sell.
No pressure.
No scary gym environment.

Just a chance to come in when the gym is quiet and:

✔ Ask all the questions you've been too nervous to ask
✔ Learn how strength training can help you after 40
✔ Find out how to get started safely and confidently

Yes, we help people get stronger, fitter and healthier. But we're about much more than just lifting heavy things up and putting them down again.

We're building a community.

A place where people learn, grow, support each other and make lasting friendships. A place where members don't just turn up for a workout, they leave with more confidence, more knowledge and a better understanding of how to look after themselves.

Our recent nutrition talk was a perfect example of that. A room full of members keen to learn, asking great questions and investing in their health.

(Although if only we could get that level of concentration any other time)

At Forged Fit, we're passionate about helping people understand training, nutrition and healthy lifestyles, not just telling them what to do.

A brilliant evening at our nutrition talk last night with .warwick.nutrition_

The goal of these sessions is simple: to help our members better understand nutrition and cut through some of the confusion that surrounds food, fat loss, performance, and health.

There were some fantastic questions, great discussions, and plenty of lightbulb moments throughout the evening. It's always encouraging to see so many people wanting to learn more about how to fuel their bodies and get the most from their training.

A massive thank you to Fiona for delivering such an informative and engaging talk. Your knowledge, passion, and ability to explain things in a way that everyone could understand made it a huge success.

THE NUTRITION SHIFT FOR WOMEN 40+

We are incredibly excited to be hosting this event at Forged Fit and adding another layer of education and support for our members and local community.

For so many women, hitting their 40s and beyond can feel frustrating. You're eating less, trying harder, doing all the "right" things... yet the results seem to have stalled.

The truth is, your body has changed. The strategies that worked in your 20s and 30s often don't work in the same way anymore.

That's exactly why we've created The Nutrition Shift for Women 40+.

This practical and informative evening will cut through the confusion and social media noise, helping you understand how to fuel your body for better energy, improved body composition, strength and long-term health.

We'll be covering:

✅ Why protein becomes more important than ever
✅ Fuelling your body properly instead of constantly eating less

One of the best parts of these women's sessions isn't the weight being lifted... it's what happens alongside it.

Over the months we've watched women come through the doors feeling nervous, unsure and lacking confidence, only to discover just how strong and capable they really are.

They've celebrated PBs together, supported each other through difficult times, made friendships that extend far beyond the gym, and even started trying new hobbies and adventures together outside of training.

What started as just a strength session has become a genuine community.

Every Tuesday and Friday morning, the room is full of encouragement, laughter, hard work and women building each other up.

The strength they're gaining isn't just physical. It's confidence, resilience, self-belief and connection.

As coaches, it's a pretty amazing thing to be part of.
