Our next 4 Week Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals Course kicks off Monday 7th September.

If you’ve never trained before and have been thinking about giving Jiu-Jitsu a go, this is where to start. We’ll take you through the fundamentals from the ground up, so absolutely no experience is needed.

We'll cover the core positions, escapes, submissions and movement patterns that every beginner needs, all in a relaxed, friendly environment.
