Massage, cupping, foam rolling, stretching and mobility 🫡

Are all different methods of helping yourself to move and feel better.

Whenever we train it's always just a stimulus to tell the body to make changes.

But, it's what you do outside of training that really brings on the results.

😴 Good quality sleep is always number 1
🍏 Decent nutrition depending on what the outcome is that you want to achieve
🧘‍♂️ Managing stress on the body. Keep the hormones in a balanced way.

If we continue to hammer the body with exercise and don't truly recover we don't get the results we want.

WORKING UP TO A MAX SLED PUSH 💪

Last nights bootcamp was simple but effective.

Work up to a heavy 5rm on deadlift.

Work up to a max sled push. Top weights were 220, 230 and 240, boom 💥

Nice steady circuit training last night at Bootcamp 🙌Monday and Wednesday @ 8.30pm at the present.

Getting stronger as you age is more important than aesthetics, agree?

As you may know, each year we age, we start to lose muscle from the body.

Doing some kind of resistance training can reverse that process.

Many of our clients are 40+ so keeping moving pain free is often a goal I hear.

"I want to be able to move into my 80s and 90s"

Strength training doesn't mean having huge muscles either.

It means feeling strong in every day movement.
