Month passes available When I first discovered yoga, I instantly fell in love with its transformative power for both body and mind. I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Calm
and have since pursued additional training in Trauma Informed Yoga Practice. My classes are rooted in vinyasa flow, with a strong emphasis on empowerment, alignment, breath and mindfulness. As a teacher, my goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where students can explore their practice at their own pace. I believe yoga is for everyone, and I strive to offer modifications and variations to make each class accessible to all levels. I myself am neurodivergent and I welcome everyone in to my classes and welcome any comments or requests in order to help you feel supported to attend. My personal yoga journey began when I decided that I needed to find answers to a number of health concerns. Yoga has helped me feel like I am taking care of myself, building strength and belief in myself, and I am passionate about sharing these benefits with others. Whether you are looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or find a moment of peace, my classes are designed to support you on your path. In addition to yoga, I have a deep interest in nutrition, nature and the environment, which I often incorporate into my teachings. Outside of yoga, I work for the NHS in healthcare informatics. I have two children and my partner who I enjoy sharing my passions with. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your yoga journey.
