As Hotpod Burton comes to a close, we just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to every one of you that helped make our Burton studio so special.
It's been an absolute pleasure practising with you, with your energy, smiles and dedication - you've helped bring the pod to life 💜

Tomorrow is our last day of classes, we have a Hotpod Flow at 9am with Abbi or Nurturing at 6pm with Charlotte 🙏

We really hope to see you down the road to continue moving the body and calming the mind in the purple pod with us 💜

Following on from our sad news that the studio will be closing at the end of February, we'd absolutely love to see as many of you as possible before then 💜

As a farewell to all of our lovely Burton customers, we are offering 3 classes for £10 or 30 days for £30.

Also, this isn't the end of Hotpod! Don't forget we have our Derby studio just down the road and if you're a member at Burton you can use your memberships there too!

Not only can the heated stretches help recovery, our flows target different muscle groups to increase endurance and mobility! 🤩

We're super proud to have a wide range of sports people use the pod as part of their training regime! 🤗
