The more competent you’re as a lifter the more confident you will be teaching the movement.

Be patient!

The issue is people don’t want to wait anymore.
people want results too quickly.
Getting strong takes time and takes consistency.

The same goes for exercise selection, don’t chop and change every week what exercises you do.
Stick to a plan and run it through and your body will reward you.

Speed and change of direction does not have to be complex, sometimes some cones and a tape measure will do.

Here we see max speed and change of direction followed by a split second decision to move towards a coloured cone.

More work to be done but this is what strength and conditioning coaching gets you.

Weightlifting derivatives provide outstanding adaptations to power output and rate of force development. Don't let anyone tell you different! I would encourage everyone to apply some form of weight-lift into their plan for maximum output.

Unilateral strength training has excellent transference of training to rate of force development which corresponds to multiple team sports which involve lots of cutting and RFD from singular leg movement I.E football, rugby and tennis and many more. 💪🏻 S&C goes beyond the gym and caters for a plethora of individuals and teams both on field and gym
