As we work together, I want you to be able to look at fitness and nutrition from a self-care perspective rather than forced and negative feelings of self-worth (which is all too common!). you’re someone with anxiety & low self-esteem who is completely new to the scary world of weights, or a gym fanatic who needs help levelling up their game. Just a little note to say that I’m still here, I’m still active & working away despite my social media absence!

I made the decision some time ago to step away from socials to continue to focus on being more present in-person! Not only do I feel this to be more beneficial to those I am supporting, but also to my own mental wellbeing - and so far so good! 🥰

If you have any queries or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach-out to me… I’m still totally accessible anytime and more than happy to help.

I just plan on creating my content in a more bespoke manner for people directly.

Let’s talk Resolutions… 🤔

The best way of sticking to yours is to keep them SUSTAINABLE. Don’t go targeting yourself with something unrealistic that you can’t maintain (like hitting 10k steps per-day when you’ve barely being doing 2K!)…you’ll just feel worse about it when you can’t keep it up!

Instead - Make small, achievable, goals that you are able to build on over a realistic amount of time (start with 5K and progress from there).

Build those habits, hit those targets, and be kind to yourself whilst trying… you got this 🫶 if you need any support with your goals for 2025, let me know!

Walking around London this weekend has wreaked absolute havoc on my lower back!😮‍💨
Here are some simple exercises I’ve done this morning that I’d recommend if you’re also struggling with tightness…
- Good Mornings
- Seated Side Stretch
- Standing Cross-Leg Side Stretch
- Lower-Targeted Cat-Cow
- Child’s Pose into Cat-Cow
- Lying Side Stretches

Aim to carry-out these static and dynamic movements for between 10-20 seconds a piece. Give them a go! 🙋🏻‍♂️
