The one downside to online coaching that no one ever tells you about…

Having to buy a whole new wardrobe😂

A massive shout out to for dropping 9kg in 10 weeks (see next photo) and then gaining 5.5kg of muscle mass afterwards!

In this time we’ve navigated night outs, work events, a week away and much more. is the perfect example of what having a custom made plan built around you can do!

We’ve dug into his strength, worked around his weaknesses and he’s followed the plan to perfection!

He’s leaner than ever, has more toned & defined muscles and continued to improve his physique week after week!

I can’t wait to see what the next 12 weeks brings us!

Just something to think about on a Monday morning!

We’ve been lied too.

All of us.

When you were younger do you remember being told that if you wanted to lose weight you had to eat healthy.

‘Super foods were king’

Avocado,

Eggs,

Nuts,

Dark chocolate,

Salmon,

Organic butter,

The list goes on.

These were the foods that if you ate over and over again you would lose weight.

Well its a lie…

A lie thats caused thousands and thousands of people to never lose weight and has left them feeling fed up and frustrated.

It’s a lie I fell for too…

Eating for weight loss is about being in a calorie deficit,

If you eat less calories than what your body burns YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT, its a FACT

Eating for health is providing your body every vitamin, mineral and macronutrient it could need to be at its most optimal.

They are completely separate things.

So when day after day you make the ‘healthy’ choice, hoping that you’ll lose weight I hate to break it to you it won’t.

The way you lose weight is by making the choices that equates to less calories than your body needs.

If your goal is fat loss, I would rather you have 1000 calories of chocolate every day than 3000 calories of chicken, veg, eggs and nuts because you’ll lose more weight on the chocolate.

Thats the TRUTH.

Its not ‘sexy’, its not complicated and its not spoken about enough - (probably because super food companies don’t want you to know how they’re not actually helping you lose weight)

So if you’re someone who feels like you’re eating healthy but still not losing weight.

Stop listening to this age old lie.

Stop feeling pressured to choose the dark chocolate over white or dairy.

Stop choosing eggs and avocado on toast when you want a bacon butty.

And start eating what you want but start tracking your calories too.

Your weight loss will never of been easier!

People over complicate fat loss!

The 5:2 diet

Low fat diet

Low carb diet

None of them work so they try another

And that one doesn’t work

So they try another

And another…

They keep trying different diets instead of learning the Principles behind the diet and why it works (calorie deficit)

Every successful diet have ONE THING in common…

A CALORIE DEFICT

That’s my approach.

I’d rather you track 1000 calories of chocolate per day than a low carb diet full of meat, veg, seeds and nuts.

because YOU know exactly how much energy you are consuming and you can Guarantee weight loss.

With every other diet you’re just guessing.

With tracking you’re not.

So ask yourself this…

Do I need to try a new diet?

Do I need to keep guessing hoping that something works?

Or do I just NEED to TRACK 🧐

I think we both know the answer…

Don’t let a bad past decision burn you twice.

The first time when you made the decision and the second time when you decided to let a past decision to stop you chasing a goal or a dream.

I hear it all the time

“diets don’t work for me, I’ve tried before”

“ I’ve tried in the past, I don’t like exercise”

“I’m just not consistent enough”

You’ve tried one type of diet, there’s literally thousands to choice from.

You’ve tried one type of exercise in one type of way. You can walk, cycle, lift weights, play tennis do high intensity training, low intensity training and hundreds more, chances are there’s something out there that you’re going to enjoy.

You’ve not been consistent in the past because that one type of diet and exercise wasn’t the right choice for you.

Saying there’s no point trying to lose weight (even thought you clearly want to) because you tried in the past and it didn’t work is like saving “I tried dating in college, it didn’t work out so now I’m done with men/woman” it’s a bit stupid isn’t it?

You made one bad choice but you can 100 others.

Don’t let a bad decision in the past, cling onto you and control your life. Don’t let it stop you chasing a goal or a dream.

YOU deserve better than that.

How do you want your summer to look?

Do you want it to be a summer full of happiness, confidence and wearing anything you like?

Feeling amazing in your body and skin.

Or

Do you want it to be another summer, wearing baggy clothes, hiding from photos and insisting to everyone you’re not overheating wearing a hoodie whilst all your friends are wearing t shirts and shorts.

Spending every minute wishing you had made a change…

EVERYONE has the ability to make a change and everyone can take action.

If the last few years has taught me anything it’s that time is precious.

You never know what’s around the corner and you don’t know what opportunities may pass you by.

If you have a goal or a dream don’t wait for it.

Go out and grab it with both hands.

In 6 months time your future could look completely different.

Better than you ever dreamt.

You could be the fittest, the healthiest and the most confident you have ever been.

Ever wanted to make a change but didn’t know where to start?

Meet Rachel!

Rachel came to me at sick of the weight she had slowly gained over last few years and wanted my help to shift it!

She had been trying to lose the weight before but like for many people the last 2 years and having a family to look after had made things difficult.

No routine, no structure and little free time were all things we had to deal with.

When I started working with Rachel, it became very clear she had 2 main problems.

Clarity on nutrition for fat loss and scheduling activity.

Rachel could eat “healthy” for a few days but she didn’t necessarily know what she was eating would help her lose weight.

For example dried fruit is a “healthy” food but it’s super calorie dense so won’t fill you up and it’s counter productive for weight loss.

By levelling up Rachel’s knowledge on nutrition we made sure everything she ate had a purpose and helped her lose weight!

The next was scheduling. Rachel is a busy person so each Sunday we looked at her calendar and planned exactly when she would be training or go for steps throughout the week.

She knew what she had to do to everyday and if something came up, we would be flexible and aim to double up on another day when possible.

By setting weekly targets it allowed Rachel to work around her busy days and helped keep her motivated throughout the week as one “bad” day could be easily undone!

Since doing this Rachel has managed to shift 15kg (33lbs) stubborn body fat, tone up her entire body and feels absolutely amazing.

She feels more confident than ever and enters spring in the best shape she has done for years.

I’m so proud of the work and results she has achieved!

Guess what?

I see it so often.

People spending their time and their energy making someone else’s dream a reality.

Lining up their bosses pockets.

Giving up their weekend to help a friend out who never returns the favour.

Taking on all family responsibilities as their partner is “useless at that kind of stuff”

Not objecting to a certain restaurant to keep a friend happy.

Eating certain foods at dinner to keep the family happy (even when you’re the one cooking it)
