preparing for his fight in Surrey soon. Lucas is 4-0 in a very short space of time. Trained relentlessly and keen to learn and develop. Im actually quite harsh on him considering he hasn’t trained that long, but he gets better every week and with every fight!

Second 121 today with

Will has a great attitude to learn. Recently joined the gym and looking to improve through private sessions on top of classes.

Nothing fancy here, just strong basics, and how to do it. No eratic fast paced pads, just to get a sweat on. A lot of people like that for “calories” but if you book with me, you’re booking a Muay Thai session, to develop your skill and understanding.

We’re back on Sunday 27th September for another packed day at Chang Muay Thai!

5 fights 5 wins this weekend. Nice to see the hard work paying off!

Extremely proud coach this weekend. We don’t win them all, but we don’t take easy fights.

Massive thanks to everyone that bought tickets to come and support.

Thanks to Saturdays promoter Sara and to kev harper MajesticGym1 for today. 2 shows ran smoothly with great matching.

Going into my 7th year of being a coach. In that time I’ve been absent for 1 tournament abroad and missed 1 interclub. I care for Chang like I do my own family, it’s really rewarding to see the gym do so well.

Massive thanks to Adam Pearson Lucy Wainwright and Branno Monk for all of the help while I’ve been away and help in the corner. Really maturing as young coaches.

Last but not least Barrie “the chopper” Chadwick gs Lewis from red kite for wmo English title.

Absolute crazy round 1, which had Barrie dropped with hands. Barrie recovered well end of the round to put on a massive clinch clinic. Barrie’s come a long way the last 12 months and I’m extremely proud of his achievement!! Enjoy the win and thanks to the red kite team for a top fight.

Our third fighter of the day was Finley vs Oliver from Johnson’s. Finley started much quicker today with a solid 1 2 and 3, switched off round 4, re adjusted and had a massive round 5. This is the Finley we’ve been looking for after some rocky decisions this year. Absolutely class work
