What a week for Kai.
Started in Berlin where he had six rounds and came away from the Banzai Cup in 2nd place.

From there he went to represent England at the commonwealth championships and came away with a bronze medal narrowly missed out to world ranked No.5 in semi final.

Then he took part in his third championships of the week where he represented Federation of Shotokan Karate and came away with a silver medal after beating
South Africa 4-3
England 6-0
New Zealand 5 - 3
Missing out in the final to Scotland 6-3.

To say I am proud of the mental toughness and level you of performance Kai has produced this week is an understatement.

After 6 rounds Kai comes away with a silver medal losing 6-4 in the final. Very proud and exactly the performance we were hoping for after a little rough patch just the set up we need heading into commonwealths.
