Well thats half the week completed! Mega effort so far!

But in other news im unfortunately gonna have to make a small price increase for the monthly classes 😬

The cost for a month from July is going to increase from £35 to £40 for the month its not something I particularly want to do but running costs for the gym have increased 🙄

This will be from the beginning of July
