We are open Monday nights NOW to anybody 6-7:30pm. Then normality from monday 1️⃣0️⃣th August 2020! we are opening officially Wednesday 1️⃣2️⃣th august for women only!

Please remember LADIES ONLY ON Wednesday nights!
Then Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights as normal sessions!

See you then lads and girls!

Monday's/ Tuesdays/Thursdays:
5-6pm (7-11yr olds) 🥊
6-7:30pm (11+/adults) 🥊

Wednesdays = ladies only 6:15-7:30🥊
