What a fantastic day yesterday for our very first Active Travel Programme walk! ☀️🚶

The sun was shining, there were plenty of smiles, and we had a fantastic turnout. It was great to see so many people getting involved and enjoying the walk together.

Why not join us every Monday at 11am?
Come along, get active, meet new people, and enjoy a friendly walk in the fresh air. Everyone is welcome!

We’re making great progress on creating a welcoming place where people can come together, enjoy a coffee, socialise, and take part in our Carefit sessions.

It’s exciting to see the space starting to take shape, and we can’t wait to open the doors and welcome everyone in.

Just a reminder that Carefit will be taking part in the Summer Solstice Walking Challenge 2026!

Our team will be walking for an incredible 17 hours, pushing ourselves to raise awareness and support for a fantastic cause.
