Standard upper day for most of my female clients, prioritising shaping the shoulders and back, with a little arms thrown in to help with arm wrestles n that 😅
But seriously, train and shape the areas you are looking to improve, so I heavily bias shoulders, back, glutes and hamstrings on female programming, then we mess about with volume and frequency depending on how the client responds 👌🏻
Emily started with me online training last year and then started to add PTs in also to make sure form and technique was correct and also, she won’t mind me saying this because she has dived into this on her page, but a little anxious/cautious about lifting weights in a normal gym.
Fast forward to now, she has her own fitness page going on, encouraging others with their journeys and walks into my gym like she owns the place 🤣 only joking Emily 🙃
