“Have you got a time frame for your goal - Ibiza August 2026”

Sayyyyyy less 👊🏻

Amazing transformation from Emily 👏🏻 She started originally on my December deal last year then continued this year right up until Ibiza.

A very realistic time frame, gave us enough time to really get into it without having to really go mental out the blocks.

Really happy with this one, not only because she has completely changed the shape of her body, but also Emily struggled a little bit with going the gym on her own to do strength training. She booked PTs each week to gain confidence then the rest was easy.

Probably gained a little too much confidence as she kept me well on my toes with her sharp wit week to week 😅

She has now developed enough knowledge and know how to continue on her own, knowing I’m here if ever needed 👌🏻

Not easy to make this much progress in 7/8 months, fantastic work Emily 👊🏻

8 weeks work, about 6KGs off. Pretty easy to bring Kian down now, he always trains hard anyway, just a case of accountability and knowing tops were coming off at Ushuaia in 8 weeks for motivation 😅

Straight back into the gym post Ibiza 🪦 , which anyone who has ever been knows is a fu***ng task in itself, and looking just as lean if not leaner.

We are deciding whether to lean off some more or jump straight into higher cals and fill right up for the rest of the year, that choice is his obviously, I’ll just keep the ball rolling either direction ✨

Shape of his fu***ng back is a joke, always been jealous 🤣

Keeley signed up wanting to feel better for her summer hols and Tingle then messaged to also sign up so they could do this together ✨ I know , cute right 😅

Both done amazing in the time frame, tingle knocking a stone off and getting his shape back I’ve always known him having. Better stay that way now !! Keeley winning though with a stone and 3 lb loss 👏🏻 🏆

Both on holiday currently, looking mega and feeling good and that’s what it’s all about isn’t it 👌🏻

Flour 100g
Onion salt 20g
Smoked paprika 10g
Garlic powder 10g
White pepper 10g
Black pepper 4g
2 eggs

Mix all together 🥣

Coat the chicken after dipping in egg 🥚

Oven - 25 mins

Eat 🍽️

Standard upper day for most of my female clients, prioritising shaping the shoulders and back, with a little arms thrown in to help with arm wrestles n that 😅

But seriously, train and shape the areas you are looking to improve, so I heavily bias shoulders, back, glutes and hamstrings on female programming, then we mess about with volume and frequency depending on how the client responds 👌🏻

Emily started with me online training last year and then started to add PTs in also to make sure form and technique was correct and also, she won’t mind me saying this because she has dived into this on her page, but a little anxious/cautious about lifting weights in a normal gym.

Fast forward to now, she has her own fitness page going on, encouraging others with their journeys and walks into my gym like she owns the place 🤣 only joking Emily 🙃

She is very relatable to a lot of gym goers whether that be newbies or trained for years, she has some and continues to do really good posts all about gym confidence and day to day life, so give her a follow 👌🏻

Dean was already in a good spot to begin with, i just had to set some structure and solid routine for him and then make him stick to it 😅👊🏻

When someone is already in great shape to begin its sometimes difficult to get them to lock in fully, once he did and was ticking off consistent cardio , keeping cals under control things started to move pretty rapidly for him ✨

We tidy up for a few weeks when he is back from his holiday then start to increase cals and get the scale moving in the other direction 🦾
