This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who thrives on motivating people and keeping a busy facility running at its best.
You'll:
- Deliver top-quality fitness advice, inductions and personal training sessions
- Lead energetic group exercise classes and create fresh fitness challenges
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to grow our membership
- Manage the class programme and report on membership data to shape our planning
- Keep customer service standards high across the facility

The details:
- 35 hours per week
- Flexible schedule including some mornings, evenings and weekends

Today, we are saying a huge thank you and a bittersweet goodbye to our incredible Class Lead and gym instructor, Katie Noblett! 👋✨

Katie is leaving Fitness Evolution to start an exciting new chapter as a Personal Training Lecturer at Oldham College. While we are sad to see her go, we could not be prouder of her next step!For years, Katie has shared her amazing talent, delivering memorable fitness classes and helping crush goals as an exceptional PT. She is a deeply respected member of our team, and her dedication to our community has been second to none.

🚧 Big things are coming to Fitness Evolution. 💪

We're giving our changing rooms and toilets a full refurbishment, and the result is going to be worth the wait. Brand new, better facilities are on their way.

Here's what to expect while we make the magic happen:
From 15th June: changing rooms and toilets will be out of use, with temporary toilets available on site.
Until 1st July: changing room facilities will be unavailable - but temporary ones will be available.
Until 1st September: showers will be out of service.

Temporary toilets will be available outside the main doors in the disabled parking area. Temporary changing rooms will be available from next week.

Our tip? Come ready to train and head home to freshen up. A little planning goes a long way.
