ECB have announced to all clubs, correspondents, and users of and kit to immediately THROW AWAY all balls as extreme levels of phthalate have been found.

According to National Institutes of Health, "Phthalates, as endocrine-disrupting chemicals and SVOCs, are detrimental to the reproductive, neurological, and developmental systems of human from multiple exposure pathways. Children are at a higher level of exposure and more vulnerable to phthalates."

Adhering to ECBs notice, CEC confirms that we will immediately.

Specifically, throwing is a very important skill - you need to be quick, accurate and intentional with your throws. Allow us to elaborate:

🏏 grip the ball & aim with your eyes.
🏏 stand sideways and step forward.
🏏 swing your arm & follow through.
🏏 stay relaxed, practice & repeat.

As coaches of The C.E.C, we aim to create unique training sessions incorporating knowledge based theory on technical skills, tactical play, mental & physical ability, together with engaging drills and practices which apply this knowledge.
