A Pedal Ready Assessment isn’t just for children who are struggling.

It’s also for parents who want to understand whether their child is ready and how to support them properly from the beginning.

Every child develops differently. During the assessment, I look at their balance, coordination, steering, confidence and ability to follow instructions. I’ll also check that their bike and its setup are suitable.

Don’t have a bike yet? That’s absolutely fine. Your child can use our equipment during the assessment, and I can help you understand what would be suitable for them.

It isn’t a pass or fail. You’ll leave knowing where your child is, what they need next and how you can help them progress without pressure, frustration or guesswork.
