We have a fantastic group of beginners in our junior class. They are getting to grips with the basics and are thoroughly enjoying practicing their punches on the pads!

💪 Self Defence Class Success! 💪
We recently had the pleasure of running a self defence session for this fantastic group of women, and what a great class it was! Everyone was engaging, enthusiastic, and brought such a positive energy to the session.
During the class, we covered basic self defence techniques, awareness, and how to respond in a variety of real-life scenarios—building both confidence and practical skills in a supportive environment.

📢 Good news! Our club is now offering bookable self defence classes, perfect for friends, groups, or organisations.
👥 Minimum group size: 4 people
🥋 Suitable for all fitness levels
💭 Fun, informative, and empowering
