The next 5 week block starts on Tuesday 12th May, pay as you go option's too so if you've been umming and arring about having a go DO IT! 1 hour is all it'll take to see whether the class will be suitable for you or not, it'll also highlight the area's that really need strengthening, stretching and moving!
