I don’t think there’s a way to properly justify how incredible this group of people are.

Rowing the Atlantic isn’t just something you do… it’s something that changes you, and connects you to people in a way that’s hard to describe.

You go through things together that most people never will, and somehow that creates a bond that just… sticks.

And it’s not just the rowers, it’s the behind-the-scenes guys, making sure we are fully prepared and safe at all times. It’s Barry, Ian and Frazer putting up with our unfunny jokes. It’s Carsten keeping his promises. It’s Nikki being the best hype-woman there is.

It’s not just friendship, and it’s not just shared experience. It’s family.

A kind of understanding where you don’t have to say anything, because they already know and understand.

What we’ve built as a fleet is something really special, and I know anyone who’s been part of it feels that.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it 🤍
To the fleet of the Worlds Tougest Row - Atlantic 2025/26, you guys are amazing 💓

Last week we had the absolute privilege of being invited to the Royal Albert Hall for Teenage Cancer Trust’s annual concert.

We had pleasure the of meeting the founders, Adrian and Myrna Whiteson, followed by a fabulous performance by Garbage and Placebo.

Rowan even got to see his idol Roger Daltrey and was fangirling the whole time.

We are so thankful for Teenage Cancer Trust for inviting us to this incredible event.

Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to go to .twentyseven ‘s fundraising evening in London.

With food, drink and entertainment, it was a great night to raise money for . We even got some goodie bags to say thank you, and Anna was lucky and won 2 prizes at the raffle!

All in all, a brilliantly organised event with some amazing people!

Thank you for believing in three young rowers and in the power of chasing big dreams!

And to every single person who donated to our incredible charity partner Teenage Cancer Trust your kindness has made a real difference. Whether it was £5, £50, or simply sharing our story, every contribution helps Teenage Cancer Trust provide specialist nurses, support, and hope to young people facing cancer. You’ve helped us raise vital funds and spread their message far beyond the ocean.

We did it. the youngest team ever to row any ocean, 3,162 miles in 42 days, 8 hours, and 10 minutes in the World’s Toughest Row but the true victory is the impact we’ve made together for such an important cause.

From the three of us (Anna, Harry, and Rowan), thank you. You’ve inspired us as much as we’ve hoped to inspire others. Let’s keep dreaming big! 🌊✊

To all the incredible teams of this year’s fleet,

From the Three Flying Fish, we just want to say thank you. Sharing the ocean with you all was something truly special. Even though we were spread across miles of water, we felt the support, camaraderie, and determination from every boat out there. Knowing we were part of such a strong, resilient, and inspiring fleet pushed us through the toughest times and made the best moments even better.

Crossing an ocean is never a solo achievement. It’s a shared journey, and we’re so proud to have been alongside each of you for it. Here’s to the early mornings, the long nights, the laughs, the tears, and the memories that will last a lifetime.

And of course, we have to give the biggest shout-out to the best boat parents (and grandparents — looking at you, ). Your support, encouragement, and belief in all of us meant more than we can ever put into words.

Huge respect to every crew who took on this challenge. It’s been a privilege to be able to experience this challenge with all of you. You’re all legends and you’re all family.

Love you all,
Anna, Rowan and Harry

It’s been two weeks since we stepped off the boat and dry land is still taking some getting used to.

We’ve been spending some amazing time with family, friends and rowers reminiscing about stories on the boat.

Whilst we’re all happy to be getting back to normality, there’s a part of us that wishes we could be back on the ocean. there’s something about the sunsets, the unpredictable weather, the wildlife and the simplicity that can never be matched on land.

But this isn’t the end. Once we’ve all had time to rest and properly relax will be travelling around the country speaking to schools and companies about our experience and hoping to inspire other people to push their boundaries.

Stay tuned to see what we have planned, but for now, the team are focusing on themselves and having some well-earned R&R!

The last few days have been a whirlwind for the team, with back-to-back news interviews and moments where the team have even felt like they have wanted to be back on the boat. Between it all, they’ve been doing their best to settle back into normal life — something that feels very strange after weeks dictated by rowing shifts, ocean swells and endless horizons.

It still hasn’t quite sunk in that they didn’t just cross an ocean under their own power, but did so in record-breaking fashion. A world record that represents years of preparation, countless sacrifices and an unwavering belief in each other. 🌍🏆

What once felt like a distant goal is now a reality — an achievement shaped by teamwork, resilience and determination, and one that will stay with them long after the blisters have healed and the boat has left!

Now it’s time for some proper relaxation, before the team head back to England!

Before the Atlantic: rested, clean, unaware of what was coming.
After the Atlantic: weathered, exhausted, changed in ways a photo can’t fully explain.

Somewhere between these two moments were 3,000 miles of open ocean. Endless strokes. Broken sleep. Salt in everything. Days that blurred into nights and nights that felt impossibly long.

The ocean stripped everything back. It asked for patience, resilience and teamwork every single day — and then asked for more. There were moments of beauty that stopped us in our tracks, and moments that tested us right to the edge of what we thought we could handle.

We left knowing this would be hard. We arrived understanding just how much it would change us.

We rowed this ocean in support of Teenage Cancer Trust, and we’re so proud to have taken their message with us every mile across the Atlantic. Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, followed along and supported us — your encouragement carried us through the toughest days more than you’ll ever know.

Atlantic Ocean: crossed! Bring on the next adventure!🌊🚣‍♀️💙
