Tomorrow we're focusing on legs and core

Don't worry if you're really not confident about your fitness levels, I'll be there to guide you through it.

Come down and meet the team don't be shy, we're a friendly bunch and you'll be made to feel at ease and have a good time.

We're located at the Scout and Guide HQ in Burley in wharfedale.
