Sussex Olympic Weightlifting is starting to come together.

Huge thank you to everyone who helped us move equipment into the new space this weekend.

We’re building a coaching-led strength and weightlifting club focused on good people, good coaching and an environment where beginners and experienced lifters alike feel welcome.

Still lots to do — but it’s finally starting to feel real.

Another big milestone for Sussex Olympic Weightlifting today.

This morning was spent installing flooring and working through the gym layout to make sure the space works properly for coaching, lifting, movement, and community.

Exciting to finally see it all starting to come together 💪
