SHOOT COUNT DOWN IS ON 💪🏻😅

De- load week, lower calories this week with high protein. 22 days out from shoot day 📸 coming into this next shoot stronger than the last one, holding my Glutes more than the previous shoot, trying to retain more muscle and strength into the end of this cut, so the scales won’t be as low as my previous cut. Cutting isn’t easy, it comes down to discipline and dedication with training & nutrition. No quick fixes, have to put the time in. Knowing your end goal and what you want to achieve, keep pushing until you reach it. Do I love cutting? Absolutely not.. I LOVE my food so much 😅 but it’s so worth the work you put in, to see what you’ve achieved by the end of it, it’ll all be worth it once this shoot is ticked off and then I can enjoy a treat after the shoot.
