A bitter sweet day for me…
Happy 14th Birthday to Dynamix 💛🎂something I’m incredibly proud of & memories I will cherish forever! We’re a few days away from handing the keys back to the Dojo (another story altogether 🤬)…. I miss everyone, but I know their on new amazing journeys & in time I can’t wait to gather you all up & hear your stories & do some training again… Yes I’m emotional, & yes I think I’ll have a big slice of cake today! 💛

Hey guys,
Im looking at selling.. Open to offers for our exercise bike & cross trainer ....
As you know their in used condition the bike needs a battery & the cross trainer is very temperamental but might be of use to someone?

Ive kept busy & over the last several weeks. Ive been baking, im very new to it, but rather pleased with my creations 😊. Ive kept up my training so its all about the balance you know! 😂💪💪🎂
Mr H & I are in the process of clearing out the Dojo & if you happen to pass by & see our cars on the drive pop in & say hi 👋

Our youngest son graduated in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence last week & turned 23 a few days before... Were feeling old! Lol.

Anyway im going to share my cake creations & would love for you to share pics, or things you've been up to!?

As 2025 is drawing to a close I want to thank you all for your support & dedication to Dynamix Martial Arts. 💛🙏
The support you have given me since making the decision to close the Dojo has really been amazing.
Remember I'm your biggest cheerleader & I cant wait to hear how you are all doing on your new paths! So stay in contact! I'll be in touch with ideas in the Spring.
