✔ Ages 7–15
• Continuous sparring, no head contact
✔ Ages 16+
• Continuous sparring, controlled head contact allowed
✔ Point-stop sparring
• Head contact allowed for all ages (7+)

Our Sparring Championships are run under strict rules, fully supervised by trained instructors
✔ Full sparring kit required
✔ Clear age-appropriate rules
✔ Safety and control always come first
Full rules will be sent out to all competitors once registration is closed. Please feel free to ask your instructor for a copy if you’d like them sooner.

The Hero Sparring Championships 2026 are fast approaching and this is your opportunity to experience the thrill of real competition in a safe supportive environment.

This event is open to Hero Martial Arts Schools members aged 7+ and features both Point Stop and Light Continuous sparring.

Sparring builds confidence focus and resilience like nothing else. Whether it’s your first competition or you’re returning to push yourself further this is an experience you’ll remember.
