This is what Iโve been doing for the past 4 months religiously, as well as eating under 2000kcals every day.
Now I weigh less, thatโll go down to under 1900kcals a day until another 9lbs is gone. I feel elated that Iโm so close to my goal weight on the scales and 1 inch away from the ideal hip circumference ๐๐ผ
I was laughing at myself earlier as the shorts o bought last summer that were a bit snug I knew Iโd be able to fit in this summer, now theyโre too big ๐
Nothing beats this feeling. I feel healthy and disciplined. I am in control of what I put in my mouth and I care about my body ๐
If you donโt follow this guy, you should. He hilarious and a Geordie, for me thatโs a win win. He also just says it how it is, no BS. I like that.
My main message here is โ do something today your future self will thank you forโ โจ

Here are the best foods for fat loss๐๐ผ
So there are foods dense in nutrients
๐๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅฆ๐ฅ๐๐๐ง๐ฅ๐ฅฌ
And there are foods dense in calories, that taste amazing but have fk all nutrients

๐ Your body can utilise both of these groups for energy and macro requirements, but only one of them for health needs.
๐ You could lose fat eating either group ( if in a caloric deficit )
๐However eating no nutrients would be a one way ticket to looking like snaggle tooth ๐งโโ๏ธ
๐ Your body only needs a certain amount of nutrients, it canโt have more and be super healthy. You either tick the box or not.
๐ซ So a chocolate bar is NOT unhealthy, it just contains little nutrients compared to say a ๐ sweet potato.
It would only make you gain fat IF you ate more calories than your body burned. And you would only become unhealthy if you avoided nutrient rich foods.

โ There is NO BAD FOOD
Food either contains nutrients or not.
โ๐ผItโs important you remember this and never demonise food.
Understand calories/ energy balance
And understand Micronutrient intake
๐ A good rule of thumb to follow is to make 80% of your calories to be made up from Nutrient Dense foods like above....
And 20% can be from food that contain little nutrients ( we call this $h!te ๐คฃ )
Example, someone on 2000 calories
1600 calories of ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ ๐ฅฆ๐ฅ
400 calories of ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฟ
There are enough Nutrients within the 80% to reach your daily quota of micronutrients needed.
You can eat full healthy, all clean if you want. That's fine.... but there is no extra benefit. You cannot be SUPER healthy.
So you may as well still enjoy your favourite treats with zero guilt โ๐ผ
