BOXING CHALLENGE COMPLETED!
I wasn't overly comfortable posting this but I decided to as really proud of myself.
Last year I was at my peak in terms of my fitness and feeling comfortable with how I felt. This year, I lost sight of my goals, relaxed everything, which I kind of needed in some ways, but found myself with a sugar addiction and not feeling to great about the way I looked. I was also working full time at a desk job so not moving enough and the weight crept back on.
So in November I took the challenge with some of my team to go sugar free, which broke my addiction, and I started our 6 week boxing challenge.
I did this last year and loved it. I finished yesterday, and the results are in.
6 1/2 lbs off and 7 1/4 inches off my body. I didn't feel like I'd made much of a difference until I took the measurement and my after photos.
It's spurred me on to take on the next challenge. So Monday I'm going back to our brilliant 3 week challenge to take me through to the end of the year.
Feels good to be heading into the Christmas weeks feeling stronger, fitter, mentally clearer (because of the sugar!) And more comfortable in my skin.
This isn't to gloat, I'm just really proud of myself π€£π€·ββοΈ.
