I have tried multiple times to embrace the treadmill and only ever managed 1 decent session (intervals) but now the reality of winter coming it’s time to try again

Today I managed at solid 48 minutes of easy running, thanks in part to be able to watch Netflix 😂

So here goes a winter of hybrid running

I will become best friends with the treadmill

First parkrun since . Tougher than hoped, flu/cold making it difficult to catch up breath and pretty sure I was in a zone 5 run for the majority 🤦‍♀️

Time to get back to some sort of consistency and find my next challenge…

Anyone else really struggle when on holiday or maybe it’s the post half downer

Head not in it, heart not in it.

If I’m honest family holidays can be more exhausting, don’t know if it’s giving yourself a chance to relax or if it’s having to parent 24/7.

Either way I’m tired, mentally & physically
