We're launching our very own Serenity Spinners - a brand new monthly cycling club!🎉

📍 Meet at our Buntingford Studio

🚴 20 miles / 32km at a steady 12–14mph pace

You're all invited to our FREE OPEN DAY! The biggest message we want to get across is that there is absolutely NO pressure to take part in a class or even try Pilates on the day.

We know walking into a Pilates studio for the first time can feel a little intimidating, so this is simply a chance for you to:

✨ Pop in and have a look around
✨ Meet some of our instructors
✨ See the reformers and studio
✨ Ask any questions (even the ones you think are silly!)
✨ Have a coffee and a chat
✨ Find out what to expect from your first class

You can come exactly as you are, no activewear needed and no expectation to exercise. If you happen to fancy having a little go while you're here, brilliant, but there’s absolutely no pressure!
