Well why not come down to join us for a Thai kickboxing style workout ? It's bloody great for letting off steam, makes you sweat , makes you breath, releases those feel good endorphines that will make you feel so much more positive . What have you got to lose by giving it a go ? ( other than several hundred calories by the end ).
Come on ...we don't judge , we train .

Tate wins...well done ..unanimous decision.
After his original opponent pulled out the night before Stand Up War promotions managed to find a reserve fighter willing to step in. The scheduled 5 rounds of Muay Thai were changed to K1 rules over 3 rounds. Not a style Tate is keen on but well done. AND a massive thanks to Steve Lewis his opponent from Lions Den gym in Exeter for taking the fight.
