Hey I don’t do my Buggy Bootcamp anymore, but during my field based classes kids are always welcome there is a park at the field, but we won’t be using the buggy’s for workouts. X

Fitness by Sara has some very exciting news ... Mums & Bubs Matt Pilates 12pm @ the Bugbrooke community centre starting September 11th 2018. The session will be 40 mins long, this full body workout on the Mat will be using your own body weight as resistance, the focus will be to stretch, strengthen & tone your entire body, to help postnatal recovery. Your bub May lay next to you, they can be involved in some exercise or simply socialise with other babies!! We will have the hall for the full hour so maybe even time for a quick chat and refreshments after too!!
This is a six week course beginning Tuesday 11th sept for six consecutive weeks.

Spaces are limited as we run small intimate classes ensuring a high level of personal tuition and the opportunity to make good friends. The cost is £40 Please reserve your space my

Hello all!! It’s been a long time on this page but I have now got a lovely cozy indoor PT studio and I am looking at possibly setting up a couple of sessions for new mummy’s and their babies.. the location will be in Bugbrooke at the Fitness studio.. are interested and if so when???

Hope you have had a great Christmas so far? After huge consideration, I am afraid i am going to stop my Buggy bootcamp until the spring of 2017, this is due to low numbers it has been attracting over the colder months and also a lot of my Buggy bootcampers getting stronger and enjoying my physical bootcamp more as they are now able to do a bit more higher impact.
I do hope to see you in Bugbrooke or Weedon for one of the bootcamps that i run daily at 9.30am x thank you for all you support during 2016 x

Hello all, i am afraid the Buggy BC;s in GP and Daventry are cancelled this week due to personal commitments. i will be in Long Buckby on Thursday 11.15am!! last one of 2016!!

Hey all!! As the final week approaches at Buggy Bootcamp for 2016, there I'll only be Grange Park weds 2pm and Long Buckby Thursday 11.15am, next week .... so NO GRANGE PARK!!

Had a lovely week at Buggy Bootcamp this week, it's been quiet but we are battling the cold and soon warming up and the babies seems to be loving the outdoors also!!
