After having worked in care homes for almost 2 years now, I thought it appropriate to set up a separate Instagram (& Facebook) account specifically for the exercise sessions myself and my colleagues do in care homes across South Devon. As we continue to expand, currently working with over 80 different homes, we’ll be sharing some pictures of the individuals and groups we train.
