We often hear questions like, “Do I have a pelvic tilt?”

The real question is: can you move between different positions with ease, or do you tend to get stuck in one?

Your pelvis is designed to move. The goal isn’t to find a perfect position and stay there - it’s to have access to different positions, with awareness and control.

Rather than chasing “perfect posture”, we’re more interested in helping you build awareness, options and confidence in how your body moves.

A healthy body is adaptable. It can tilt, rotate, shift and respond to the demands placed on it.

High arches and flatter feet can look very different - but often the issue is the same:
a lack of adaptability.

Some feet struggle to soften and absorb load.

Others struggle to create support and recoil.

Neither is automatically wrong.

What matters most is whether the foot can respond to movement demands efficiently.
The body is incredibly good at finding ways to compensate:

toe gripping, wobbling, ankle tension, knee tightness, hip gripping…

Sometimes the feet are where the story starts 👣

The goal isn’t “perfect” feet.

It’s building awareness, movement options, and support from the ground
